The property, which is landscaped with beautiful palm trees and flowering oleander, offers a particularly natural atmosphere and invites to further exploration on the well-kept grounds.
The FINCA VERDE has an exclusively accessible pool of 10x5m and up to 2,5m depth that is comfortable and provides a great refreshment on hot days, providing an excellent base for extended relaxation under the blue sky.
Right next door is the small, cute Casita ("little house") with its 35 square meters. It is fully equipped with a small kitchen, a bathroom and a large double bed. The casita can be a tranquil retreat if more privacy is desired. For example, when a friendly couple travel with you or the grandparents crawl out of their feathers very early or simply "chill out" the older children by the pool until late at night and sleep undisturbed until noon.
The large, south-west facing terrace of FINCA VERDE is also surrounded by large palm trees and flowering shrubs, which give the covered veranda area a special treat. If you let your gaze wander into the distance, green is also the dominant color, because on this property you will enjoy a very special privacy, surrounded by the island nature. The nearby barbecue offers all possibilities to prepare various delicacies. The seating area on the covered terrace invites to late in the evening by candlelight to a bottle of wine. Also, a refreshing breakfast in the morning here as well as a hearty barbecue in the evening - try it out!
Should it get a bit cooler in the evening, the 50sqm conservatory, embossed by a beamed ceiling, invites you in a homely atmosphere to make yourself comfortable or just to enjoy the view of the green nature. In the FINCA VERDE you will find ideal conditions for sociability in all weathers and in every mood: maybe someone in the open kitchen starts snipping vegetables for dinner while the children are still splashing around in the pool? The appliances in the kitchen are perfect for preparing a typical Spanish meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of pots, pans, dishes and kitchen utensils of all kinds. A modern machine for classic coffee or for the delicious espresso is one of the most important kitchen utensils on the finca. For classic Spanish furniture, enjoy the breakfast snack or the extended dinner in the conservatory in style.
In the living room are comfortable couch furniture ready, where you can make yourself comfortable at any time of the day. Also a large flat screen TV, with which you can also receive German programs, is available. But maybe you also prefer to let yourself be led by the crackle of the fireplace in a bedtime sleepiness. The bedrooms are equipped with new beds and comfortable mattresses, so that you like to stay a little longer. The large windows, as well as the bright wall colors, make the rooms look very friendly. This ensures a good mood - you can also have, because as another treat in the bathroom is a large walk-in shower.

The dreamlike quiet FINCA VERDE is not directly on the sea, but you will have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beach life. The natural beach Es Trenc with its turquoise blue water and the dune landscape is definitely worth a visit. In addition, the well-developed cycle path network around Llucmajor to be highlighted. Even the 4km distant city itself with its dreamy cafes and the market with fresh food on three days of the week has a lot to offer, e.g. the Placa d'Espanya and the Church of San Miguel and the baroque monastery of Bonaventura. Even more variety welcomes you in the island's capital Palma (20km), in which you max. half an hour by rental car. The airport is easily accessible via the motorway in just 20 minutes (16km).
You can take a taxi from the airport to FINCA VERDE, but the best and most flexible way is to get there by rental car.
